1. What is Sight Audit?
Sight Audit is an application used by authorized organizational employees only. It is designed for:
- Auditors
- Assessors
- Quality Managers
- Administrators and other authorized employees
ℹ️ Important: Sight Audit is NOT a public application and access is
restricted to authorized employees only.
2. What Information Do We Collect?
We collect only the following information from employees:

- Email address
- Full name
- Employee ID/Username
- Password (encrypted)
- Employee role (Admin, Assessor, Quality Manager, Auditor)
- Audit event, chapter/department and question responses entered during an audit
- Photographs and attachments captured as audit evidence
3. How Do We Use This Information?
Employee and audit information is used only for:
- Authenticating employee login
- Managing user access and permissions
- Assigning, conducting, and scoring compliance audits
- Storing audit responses, comments and photo evidence against the relevant audit event
- Generating audit reports and submission history
- Responding to support or technical requests
✓ Commitment: Data is NOT used for marketing, advertising, analytics, or
any other commercial purpose.
4. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures:
- Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text
- Data is transmitted over HTTPS (secure connection)
- Access is restricted to authorized employees with credentials
- Camera and photo library access is used solely to capture and attach audit evidence, and is only
requested when actively performing an audit
- Employees are responsible for keeping login credentials secure
- Organizational IT staff maintains access controls and security
5. Data Retention
Retention Schedule:
Active Employee: Data retained while employed
Audit Records: Retained for as long as required for compliance, accreditation and audit
trail purposes
After Employment Termination:
Personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill legal,
regulatory, accounting, audit, security, and legitimate business requirements, after which it will be
securely deleted or anonymized.
Access Revocation: Immediate upon employee termination
6. Data Deletion & Account Closure
To request deletion of your employee account or data, follow these steps:
Step 1: Email your request to admin.insight@sightehr.com
Include: Your email address and employee ID
Step 2: Identity Verification
Your identity will be verified (typically 2-3 business days)
Step 3: Account Deletion
Your account and data will be deleted within 7 business days
⚠️ Note: Some data, including submitted audit records, may be retained if required by
law, accreditation, audit requirements, or for dispute resolution.
7. Who Can Access Your Data?
- Authorized organizational staff with appropriate credentials and job functions
- Organizational IT/admin team (for account management and support)
- NOT shared with third parties, advertisers, or external companies
- NOT sold to any external party
8. Multi-Site / Multi-Location Networks
If your organization operates multiple sites using shared Sight Audit infrastructure:
- Authorized staff at other locations may access relevant audit and employee information
- Access is limited to employees with appropriate roles and credentials
- All access is logged and auditable
9. Children's Privacy
This application is for employees only and is NOT intended for, directed
at, or available to children or non-employees.
10. Policy Updates
Sight Audit may update this privacy policy. Changes will be communicated via:
- Email to employee email addresses
- In-app notifications
- Company website
Continued use of Sight Audit after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or the use of the Sight Audit
application shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, as applicable..
